Partner with the General Manager and Revenue Management team to optimize business mix, track pace, and recalibrate strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Deliver accurate weekly and monthly reporting, forecasts, and competitive set analyses.
Lead a small sales team or operate as a solo seller depending on hotel size, setting clear performance goals and accountability metrics.
Represent the hotel at Hilton, regional, and industry events to enhance visibility and expand the client base.
Ensure compliance with Hilton’s sales systems (PEP), RFP processes, and brand standards.
